Hi everybody!
SATURDAY:
B- 4:45am coffee w/skim milk + ½ scoop TwinLab protein (blend) + vitamin
5:55am ¼ cup Cottage cheese w/ 2Tsp oat meal + ½ cup skim milk + ¼ cup water + strawberry + cinnamon + Splenda
S-10:30am Dannon L&F + Galleta Fibra y Miel
L- 1:00pm hummus + 1 small pita; tilapia fish w/picadillo ayote sazon (squash) + salad (letters, carrots, chickpeas, cucumber)
S- 2:30pm “Hershey’s” special dark sugar free
3:00pm coffee
D- 7:20pm chicken breast + picadillo ayote sazon (squash) & corn + avocado
S- 9:05pm small pita bread
Vitamin: check
Liquids: check
Activity: 1H yoga and 1H synchro swimming . Total of 7821 steps

SUNDAY:
B- 5:25am coffee w/skim milk + ½ scoop TwinLab protein (blend) + vitamin
6:25am ¼ cup Cottage cheese w/ 2Tsp oat meal + ½ cup skim milk + ¼ cup water + strawberry + cinnamon + Splenda
S- 8:10 am small pita bread
10:50am banana
Brunch- 1:00pm egg omelet (mushrooms, onion, tomatoes) + avocado + melba toast
S- 3:15pm coffee
5:00pm OIKOS Greek nonfat yogurt + Galleta Fibra y Miel + a piece of cheese
D- 7:20pm ginger fish + cuscus w/ vegetables + zucchini
S- 9:20pm small glass of almond milk
Vitamin: check
Liquids: check
Activity: 1H swim. Total of 3109 steps

Day 3 Eat like a Fresh Freak
Breakfast

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
3/4 scoop protein

8 oz unsweetened almond milk
3/4 scoop protein
Lunch
1/2 philly cheese steak insides with cheese (this was pushing the fat a bit too much)
Pm snack
prolly an egg or cheese
Dinner TBD
Chicken taco

liquids 40 oz so far

Sunday
Breakfast
4 oz almond milk
12 oz water
1 T coffee

3/4 scoop protein

am snack 12 oz water 4 oz almond milk
3/4 scoop protein

Lunch

Inside of a "pizza sub"

Lettuce tomato ham salami and cheese

either the salami or the "dressing" had sugar in it b/c my sugars dipped so bad I had to get dried fruit and nuts to stop the prickles.


PM snack dried fruit and nuts

Diner leftover chicken taco on baby spinach
