Well yesterday I washed the walls in my kitchen, the cupboards inside and out, the windows, all of my Great Grandmothers crystal, the curtians, the celing fan (shutter), cleaned the oven and waxed the floor. All in one day and this morning no pain.

JEEZ!!  CONGRATULATIONS!!!

The last time I saw something like that was my wife on the day before our first son was born.  She had the "nesting" syndrome bad!!!

I started out just washing the crystal (I have it hanging from racks off a shelf over a window). I just kept going. I realized how much I can do now in the past I would have scheduled it over a weekend. But I looked up when I was done and I had done the whole thing and still had time to go out for a bite with a friend.

But to wake up this morning and not even have any muscle pain from all that stretching and over the head stuff that felt good.

Indy maybe after I get done with the rest of the house.
