4 mile hard intervals today.  I was going for 5, but I had to stop because I am expecting a person to come and repair my freezer.  So, maybe a few more miles later we will see!

75 mins hot yoga.....I need to get my rear in gear and do something else on the days I don't do yoga!! Ive been slacking off this last week, and dont want it to become a habit.

My recumbent bike is looking dusty, and my dogs loooove walks - but it's been raining, and I've been busy, busy with life.

Reset and restart tomorrow Smiley
