So it really is starting to feel like summer time. Classes ending, graduations, and kids out of school.

Share a specially fun summer time recipes that are bariatric friendly AND healthy for the kiddies who will be home more.

A few of my summer favorites are frozen grapes, SF Tropical popcicles, and cucumber salad.

Strawberry Agua Fresca

 Ingredients

2 pints hulled strawberries

1/4 cup(s) Splenda

1 qt. water


1. Blend strawberries and Splenda until smooth in blender.

2. Mix strawberry/Splenda mixture with water in pitcher or serving container.

3. Chill for at least 2 hours or serve over ice.

4. Garnish with strawberries.
