So I've decided my goal for the next year is to complete an AFF course (Accelerated Free Fall) and become a fully certified Free Fall Skydiver.....
I know you probably think I'm crazy for wanting to jump out of a perfectly good plane - Once you experience the sensations/emotions of jumping from 15,000 feet it just gets into your blood!

You wear an Altimeter on your wrist or back of your left hand  You also have to have an Automatic Activation Device (AAD) which is an electronic-pyrotechnic or mechanical device that automatically opens the main or reserve parachute container at a preset altitude or after a preset time. Ian |

I want to skydive. I have wanted to do that for years. It is definitely something that I have toyed with more now that I have lost some weight. I was afraid that no parachute could hold me before and I would plummet to the ground in a mighty THUD. But I have been thinking about it as a reward when I reach a goal. I really want to skydive.  |
