My friend Heather (berrigirl - another WLS patient) turned me on to a new series this weekend by Chloe Neill - the Chicagoland Vampire series. Don't scoff if you're not a vampire fan! LOL!

I adore all things vampire - from Twilight to Sookie to Betsy Taylor. I've read so many that it takes a special author to capture my attention. So much has been done, said, and used that it's really hard to break ground in that genre right now.

But these vampires? Merit and Ethan keep me enthralled! I started reading the 1st book on Sunday afternoon. Today is Tuesday, and I'm beginning Book 4! I've had no sleep! I can't put them down!

If you need an escape from your reality, I highly suggest this series. The first book is entitled "Some Girls Bite." Try the first one - you'll be hooked!

Not Fair!!  I just read this thread's title as "The Chiropractic Vampire Series"

Gives a whole different slant to the story line!!
