Hi everybody! Good Morning! Happy Hump Day!
WEDNESDAY:

These days I have being withdrawn by the 14th FINA Masters World Championship that it is in Italy at this very moment. FINA is the federation for all the water sports. I have being on line looking for pictures, looking for stats, looking through all the races. Costa Rica did send a selection of man and woman from the different teams and clubs around the country. I will love one day to go there and participate.
The impressive news are that are ladies in her 90’s swimming, there is a Japanese Lady 89 years old doing synchro swimming. I saw pictures of man in his 80’s-90’s diving!! These scenarios can only give me motivation, strength, hope, for one day to be able to go to the Masters World Championship. I have seeing my passion grow each time I see rankings, times, names, countries, is like adrenalin running in my veins.
I have read my synchro teacher is on the 4th place today (Solo Tech) on her age category, I saw her friend (another kid’s teacher) on 2nd place!! We saw yesterday some good swimmers got very good places; they are bringing home gold, silver and bronze!! My teacher from the other school she has her open waters on Sunday, I all ready look for her name and event. So, yes, I have many friends and acquaintances competing in Italy at this very moment, I’m very proud of them. I hope and wish one day to be me having such a wonderful experience!!

Remember how important is to our journey to incorporate any kind of exercise. We must move our bodies!

That's really exciting! What a great motivation to see people still active in the 80's and 90 years old! And congrats to your teacher and the other teacher. That's awesome!  Grin

More walking for me...  Cool

I decided to change things up today. I rode into Glassboro and took the bike trail all the way to Williamstown then back home. I remember years ago thinking that I could never ride the whole trail, 6 miles. Today, I rode 11 miles to the trail and 15 miles home after! It felt good!

32 miles, 2 hrs 14 min, 14.4 mph avg spd, 1522 calories burned!

Have my grand daughter's high school graduation tomorrow and we leave for 2 weeks in Germany on Saturday so this may be the last bike ride I take in the US this month!
