Hi Guys:
I bought a whole fish (cut in 2 1.35 lb fillets) Should I put it on my grill pan? Bake it or wrap it in foil and steam it
Times/Temps would be appreciated also
Thanks,
Kierie

Because salmon is an oily fish,.out will work perfectly for any of those preparations.. I like steamed with veggies for 25 minutes at 350 its great.  I prefer the grill pan, where I can actually watch the flesh change as it cooks do I know exactly when to flip it. Maybe topped with a sweetened soy glaze...
