Alright everyone, share your favorite 4th of July Bariatric Friendly dish to take to a potluck!

Love Shelly's (otherwise known as eggface) strawberry cannolis. Also thinking about taking Linda Farnsworth's Cheesy Broccoli Quinoa.

Have a safe 4th.

I'm going to make and bring David's lemon lime cheesecake pie to my parent's BBQ. Wish me luck! It looks delicious!

July 4th is my B-day. I’m post-op almost 2 years. My mom used to make me the dish that I love; she is gone 13 years now. Post-op DH does now my celebration meals, wherever he makes is fine with me, he cooks delicious!! This is my 2nd B-day post-op, last year we made the “chocolate bean cake”; this year my neighbor made me a “SF cheese cake”.

I made an American Flag out of cake pops.

Not exactly Bariatric friendly but I did use Whey Low instead of sugar and PB2 instead of peanut butter. Cheesy
