Nausea and vomiting issues persisting aside, I now have pictures to prove it! Cheesy

The before pic is me around I think.... 368 or so, and the during pic is me around 290 Cheesy I'm finally below 300 for the first time in forever! Since I was a teen!

I think the change is finally starting to sink in Cheesy

Good job! Sorry about the vomiting and nausea. I still get a bit queasy after eating...it reminds me to stop. Its weird thinking I will never feel the same after eating.

Eat slowly and try to avoid the things that make you sick...Keep going - it all gets better...

Wow Meredith! Congratulations!!!  Cool Sorry about the nausea and vomiting.  Sad I'm with Ian - I'd ask a doc what was up. For me, some foods caused nausea, but the only time I ever vomited was when A) I got something stuck in the outlet of my pouch or B) I had a really nasty stomach virus. Hope it clears up soon - but you are doing a fantastic job and looking good!  Cheesy Kiss

Wow Meridith! You're doing great! I just started this crazy ride recently. Had my surgery on July 30th. Imdoing pretty good. I'm sorry your still having nausea and vomiting. That's rough! So far I have avoided the vomit experience, I'm sure I'm going to at some point and I am dreading it. I didnt handle stomach viruses before surgery well, I would pass out every time I threw up. Oh well, what will be will be. Best of success to you!

Thank you all for your wonderful comments <3

I had a stricture about a month ago, and while the vomiting is still there, it's much less than it used to be. I may have to have the procedure a few times before it sticks, you know?

I tried scallops for the first time today, deelish!

I had a stricture and was soooo happy after the procedure! Instant relief!

Glad you found out the problem - good luck as the journey continues...

The weird thing for me was that the vomiting still didn't go away, and it took about a month for it to really ease up. I now have several days in a row where I don't throw up. But, changes with me always took the longest time, but that way they have a greater chance of sticking long-term Cheesy So I'm happy about that!

Here's a pic of me from just yesterday!!
