I did okay until Saturday afternoon when I decided to have some pretzel crisps.
After that it's kind of a blur. Had some fresh ripe peaches that were awesome. Sugar free icecream - too much... Sunday lunch was 4 buttered rolls at Logan's with a little bit of mashed potatoes and a teriyaki marinated steak and sauteed mushrooms - half a six-dollar burger from Hardee's and an handfull of fries for dinner... and I bought 5 things of movie candy at Walmart and by yesterday morning all 5 were gone.
Whoppers, two kinds of M&Ms - peanut and peanut butter, Junior Mints, and Milk Duds. All the icecream was gone as of last night... a whole thing of Edy's no sugar added... 12 servings in two and half days... I also had some protein - ham/cheese, beans... but for dinner last night I had fried fish with tartar, butter chicken, a couple of fried zucchini, two crab rangoon, and fruit and a couple of cream puffs for the whipped cream in them. The good lord only knows how many calories it was all in all. So Tuesday and I'm back on the wagon and my weight was up 5 pounds - 8 from the low of just over a week ago - I think maybe a 3-5 pound flux is normal for me, but I hate it.
