SATURDAY:
 B-4:20am coffee w/skim milk + ½ scoop TwinLab protein (blend) + vitamin
5:30am ¼ cup Cottage cheese w/ 2Tsp whole oat meal + ½ cup skim milk + ¼ cup water + apple + 1Tsp sliced almonds + cinnamon + Splenda
 S- 10:30am Dannon L&F + Galleta Maria
L- 12:15am 2 sliced Konig bread (multi grain) w/ ketchup + cheese + tomato
 S- 2:40pm Galleta belVita Hon & bran
 3:00pm coffee
 4:30pm 2 tortilla w/ cheese (empanada style)
 5:30pm peanuts
D- 8:00pm ground meat + veggies
 S- 9:00pm peanuts
 9:45pm THIN addictives (cranberry, almonds, thins)
 Vitamin: check
 Liquids: check
 Activity: 1H gymnastics and 1H synchro swimming + 20min weight for arms. Total of 9705 steps

SUNDAY:
 B-4:50am coffee w/skim milk + ½ scoop TwinLab protein (blend) + vitamin
6:15am ¼ cup Cottage cheese w/ 2Tsp whole oat meal + ½ cup skim milk + ¼ cup water + apple + 1Tsp sliced almonds + cinnamon + Splenda
 S- 6:55am THIN addictives (cranberry, almonds, thins)
 Brunch- 11:00am Shakshukah (eggs w/ tomatoes & onions) + pita bread
 S- 2:15pm THIN addictives (cranberry, almonds, thins)
 3:30pm Pure protein RTD vanilla (35gr protein)
 5:00pm Dannon L&F + Galleta Maria
 D- 7:00pm Burrito w/ ground meat + tomato + white beans + veggies (homemade)
 S- 9:00pm 2 tortilla w/ cheese (empanada style)
 10:00pm THIN addictives (cranberry, almonds, thins)
Vitamin: check
 Liquids: check
Activity: 1H swim + 20min weight for arms. Total of 5256 steps

B Protein shake with chia

L Salad with Ham and sliced egg

Dinner
Chicken with bacon sundried tomatoes artichoke and spinach (i will post this soo good)

Hard cider

Assorted snacks
I had 3 sundried tomatoes and some turkey bacon

MYA 50 minutes WATP and boxing
vities were in
liquids 40 oz

Sunday
Am snack
Protein shake with Chia

Breakfast
1 fried egg 2 slices t bacon Salad

Lunch
double protein shake (no chia) (J wasn't hungry so I basically sipped on 2)

Dinner
Leftovers from Saturday

I did okay until Saturday afternoon when I decided to have some pretzel crisps.  Undecided After that it's kind of a blur. Had some fresh ripe peaches that were awesome. Sugar free icecream - too much... Sunday lunch was 4 buttered rolls at Logan's with a little bit of mashed potatoes and a teriyaki marinated steak  and sauteed mushrooms - half a six-dollar burger from Hardee's and an handfull of fries for dinner... and I bought 5 things of movie candy at Walmart and by yesterday morning all 5 were gone.  Embarrassed Whoppers, two kinds of M&Ms - peanut and peanut butter, Junior Mints, and Milk Duds. All the icecream was gone as of last night... a whole thing of Edy's no sugar added... 12 servings in two and half days... I also had some protein - ham/cheese, beans... but for dinner last night I had fried fish with tartar, butter chicken, a couple of fried zucchini, two crab rangoon, and fruit and a couple of cream puffs for the whipped cream in them. The good lord only knows how many calories it was all in all. So Tuesday and I'm back on the wagon and my weight was up 5 pounds - 8 from the low of just over a week ago - I think maybe a 3-5 pound flux is normal for me, but I hate it.
