Hello everyone.  Cool

Carbolite Peanut butter shake with sf almond milk

Canteloupe

Turkey burger/sprouted bean soup/TVP

Asian something at a place called Saigon
Well it was CLOSED - so... it was Indian buffet - no bread, just lentils, mixed veggies, palak paneer, and chicken - so i did really well

Quest bar

Dinner TBD

Ended up with shrimp and veggie stir fry, and a few grean beans, at my favorite Asian buffet and then had mango, strawberries, watermelon, kiwi, and on orange section and some whipped stuff - not cream, but creamlike...  Wink from the center of a cream puff and i did eat my fortune cookie

ended up with a weird headache Undecided - the stir fry was Mongolian grill type, so don't know how MSG coulda gotten in there- maybe in the soy sauce or the green beans but i only had like 3 of those

1/2 paleo bar

Back on track! My scale loves me again today - he's such a fickle thing. Smiley

B: Veggie omelet (onions, peppers, tomatoes), 1 slice Healthy Life toast and 2 tsp SF peach jam
S: Nada
L: Heather and I are taking a mutual friend to lunch for her birthday. It's a crepe place, but they have some awesome healthy choices, so I should be fine.
S: Nada
D: Last night of traffic school - woohoo! I'll munch on a homemade ham/tomato wrap on my way over - and pray that it passes quickly.

Vits, water, exercise - yes, yes, and no - I can't wait for this day to be over!!

Ooh! I love fresh ripe peaches! Had 4 over the past weekend that were SO GOOD! And I adore blueberries. If you're going to overdo it, fruit is much better than candy! Glad you didn't dump.
