I'm going to be a diamond, some day...

Grin Cheesy Gerard got the first of two packages from the Amsterdam Consulate!  Grin Cheesy Yay!

2 smart dogs (jumbo)

Boiled egg/baby carrots

Sprouted black bean veggie soup with TVP double - yes it makes A LOT and it keeps me well satisfied so far so that is a very good thing since my pouch must be enormous.

Rest TBD but I still have a greek yogurt and a sf chocolate snack pack pudding in the fridge and my friend Mina brought me some pan... a chickpea paste rolled up in leaves. It's really tasty! But not calorie free, sadly.

Ate some of the patra (Indian food) Tuna salad made with boiled egg, sf sweet relish,  celery, a few peas, cilantro, and miracle whip light, on one slice of carbzero and one hearty WASA cracker

Vitamins: yes, Fluids: working, Exercise: walk, pushoffs

Hang in there Kierie.  Kiss  I have been extra sore lately and tired too.  As for the food that stays with you, that's why I love the TVP - it swells up! And it stays with me.

Seeing the end of TOM has made a difference in my scale. I'm lower today than I've been in awhile, so I sure want to keep it up!

Kierie - I hope you're feeling better. That lack of energy is probably still recovery from your vicious weekend!

Keilah - YAY! Slowly but surely, and before you know it, Gerard will be here for good!

Paula - Sounds like this will be a week of great opportunity for you - I'm hoping you do really well!

Hey Diana! Got a battery for your pedometer yet? Smiley

B: Omelet with bacon, tomato, green onion, and a bit of my homemade pesto - yummy and has kept me full this morning!
S: Nada
L: A vendor is bringing lunch from a local Mediterranean restaurant, so we'll see what appears. I need to stay away from hummus right now - I can't stop!
S: Nada
D: Hamburger patty with homemade pesto and either green beans or a salad
S: I have some fresh watermelon to snack on if I need it

Vits, water, exercise - yes, yes, no

Happy Tuesday.

Today is double prot drink for the AM

Lunch today went out for a co-workers Bday so I changed the day around.  Had salad with grilled chicken.

will have another double prot drink for tonight.

plan walking/riding stationary bike for MYA

Found some flavored sunflower seeds, they are a lot of salt, but they satisfy my munchies and I will just drink more water.  Wound up doing fish and soybeans for supper again and 1 sq choc.  better than the day before, but still need to work on it.  oh and went to praise team practice last night so no walking.
