 Smiley We had some rain and I sure do hope we get some more! I hope you are getting it in your area if you need it too.  Cheesy

2 slices Julian bakery Smart Carb #1 with tuna salad

Smart dogs

Tilapia with italian green beans

Maybe yogurt and or sf choco pudding

Dinner and evening TBD

Vitamins: yes, Fluids: on target, Exercise: walk and wall pushoffs

We will be getting rain today and tomorrow, and we will be grateful for it! It's been a long, hot, and dry summer! So happy to be skinnier now so that the heat doesn't bother me as much as it used to!

B: McDonald's Egg McMuffin
S: McDonald's SF Vanilla Iced Coffee (can you tell I was on the run this morning?)
L: Out with a coworker - I'm looking at a grilled chicken caesar salad on the menu!
S: Nada
D: I have a hamburger patty in the fridge, so probably that with some veggies

Vits, water, exercise - yes to all today!

Been a crazy week with the hubby gone.

Double prot drink and coffee x2 (have not been sleeping well at all this week)

cottage cheese and fresh from the garden yellow tomatoes for lunch, thanks to my bff

RTD or prot bar if needed in the afternoon
grilled fish and soy beans
gonna try not to eat after dinner
walking for mya

Hi Deb! Hi everybody!

THURSDAY:
B-4:20am coffee w/ skim milk + ½ scoop TwinLab protein (blend) + vitamin
5:15am ¼ cup Cottage cheese w/ 2Tsp whole oat meal + ½ cup skim milk + ¼ cup water + apple + 1Tsp sliced almonds + cinnamon + Splenda
S- 7:50am 2 eggs w/ tomato sauce (homemade) + 2 slices Konig bread (whole grain) w/ butter in line
10:15am banana
1:30pm almonds
L- 2:30pm “Ricottasagna” -> ricotta cheese w/ homemade tomato sauce (OMG! This is the 1st time I eat it w/ Sorrentto Ricotta, this is amazing!)
S- 4:00am coffee
D- 8:10pm ground meat burrito (homemade) + salad, the salad was to eat w/ it.
S- 9:20pm small glass almond milk
Vitamin: check
Liquids: check
Activity: 1H swim + 20min small hand weights. Total of 0000 steps (NO battery!!)
P.S. Thursdays are an early swim class (6:00am), today was a rainy morning, cold water in the pool… bbrrr…

2/4 scoop protein

coffee with cocoa

am snack Turkey and cheese on 2 slices of light GF bread

Lunch

Chicken leg and carrot slices

pm snack
2 cheese sticks

Dinner
I think Turkey sausage tomatoes garlic and wilted spinach
