Hello again and welcome to Monday!

Egg salad made with sf sweet relish and miracle whip light
2 slices toasted Carbzero from Julian bakery
Sesame dried seaweed snack
Baby carrots


Peach

Sprouted lentil veggie stew with TVP (2 servings)

SF Snack Pack chocolate pudding

Dinner TBD

Chicken breast tenders with Frank's Redhot wing sauce
Yellow zucchini and onion grilled with Sesame oil
SF popsicle


Vitamins: Yes, Fluids: working, Exercise: walking and wall pushups

Hi everybody!

MONDAY:
B-5:00am coffee w/ skim milk + ½ scoop TwinLab protein (blend) + vitamin
7:30am eggs w/ mushrooms & tomatoes + pita bread
S- 10:30am Dannon L&F + Galleta belVita Hon & bran
11:45am almonds
L- 1:30pm ¼ cup Cottage cheese w/ 2Tsp whole oat meal + ½ cup skim milk + ¼ cup water + apple + 1Tsp sliced almonds + cinnamon + Splenda
S- 3:45am coffee + soda crackers w/ cheese
D- 7:15pm 3 tortillas w/ cheese (empanada style) + black beans

Vitamin: check
Liquids: check
Activity: 1H swim + 20min small hand weights. Total of 2259 steps (until now!!)

Morning

Morning - Premier RTD
coffee with SF creamer X 2
Powerade zero and crystal lite bout 44 oz but still working on it
1 string cheese after my walk around the parking lot, man it is hot out there.

Noon - Applebees's soup and salad, grilled chicken santa fe and tomato bisque,

S - prot bar and baby bell

D - double prot drink
s frozen yogurt baf

more walking or stationary bike

WHEW! What a Monday!

B: 2 eggs with some tomatoes, basil and cheese (a mish-mash, but it sure was tasty)
S: Nada
L: Shrimp Caesar Salad - dressing on side, and I really didn't eat much of it. The shrimp were delish! (Lunch with vendor)
S: Nada
D: Dinner out with friends for a friend's birthday. After perusing the menu, it looks like I might do their jumbo crab cakes - YUM!

Vits, water, exercise - yes to all today!
