With summer here, long days, it's hard not to snack. So help a sister out and share some of your favorite "bariatric friendly" snacks besides the usual Popsicle, fudgesicle, and frozen nf yogurt.

Frozen Banana slices. Right now that's what i'm doing. Good and creamy like icecream and dense so it fills my pouch.

1) Hummus w/ carrot sticks or pepper sticks.
2) Ricotta cheese w/ anything is also good and nice.
3) Any kind of fruit that you eat w/ Land o Lakes whip cream light and sliced almonds.

Apple with peanut (or any nut) butter
Greek yogurt with mixins - my favorite lately is peanut butter and SF honey - but I also like fruit and almonds or granola

I also find that just a couple bites of chicken salad or tuna salad really work well in helping me over the hunger hump!

I still like dry roasted edamame, regular edamame, and the roasted seaweed snacks and good old protein bars if I am really wanting something sweet and a sf pudding or sf fudgebar won't do.
