Hi everybody!

SATURDAY:
S- 3:30am cereal & milk (small, watching CR classifing at the Olympics)
B- 5:00am coffee latte + ½ scoop TwinLab protein  (blend)
6:30am ¼ cup Cottage cheese w/ 2Tsp whole oat meal + ½ cup skim milk + ¼ cup water + apple + 1Tsp sliced almonds + cinnamon + Splenda
S- 11:15am Dannon L&F + Galleta Maria
L-12:00pm omelet w/ onions, tomatoes, mushrooms and cheese on top
S- 3:15pm coffee
D- 7:30pm ground meat & veggie picadillo, toped w/ some cheese + green salad
S- 8:45pm banana
9:30pm small glass of almond milk
Vitamin: check
Liquids: check
Activity:  1H gymnastics & 1H synchro swimming. Total of 3378 steps

SUNDAY:
B-4:15am coffee w/ skim milk + ½ scoop TwinLab protein (blend) + vitamin
5:55am ¼ cup Cottage cheese w/ 2Tsp whole oat meal + ½ cup skim milk + ¼ cup water + apple + 1Tsp sliced almonds + cinnamon + Splenda
 7:30am Galleta Fibra y Miel + butter in line + jelly
 S- 10:45am omelet w/ onions, tomatoes and cheese
 L-1:15pm salad
S- 3:15pm coffee
D- 7:30pm ground meat, veggie picadillo and quinoa
S- 9:30pm small glass of almond milk
Vitamin: check
Liquids: check
Activity: 1H swim+ 30min small hand weights. Total of 3376 steps

Well, I ate fair on Saturday that I remember except for ice cream and Little Debbie snack cakes and candy... I did have some good roasted chicken, spinach and a little corn...

On Sunday I went to the Indian buffet and ate fairly well except I ate the naan and potatoes and I drank with my meal and that bread swelled up and hurt like heck - then I had a dipped icecream cone and I really paid for that with a bad, bad round of reactive hypoglycemia... finished of my snack cakes and such and I think I'm done with the bad foods for awhile.  I get the hypoglycemia so bad I get disoriented  Embarrassed- it's like being stoned out of your mind - kind of an alternate reality. I do NOT recommend it.  This just goes to show you how bad addiction can be - we can still fall back. If you haven't and you don't - God Bless you and good for you. If you have - know it's not the end of the world. Just start over...  Kiss
