Well, I was off the wagon with a vengeance this past week and a half, but I am getting back on and hope I can keep it together. In that time I put on 14 pounds... yep, that's right - 14! Now, although I know it's mostly water weight, it is so hard to deal with the horror of seeing it skyrocket that fast when I know I haven't eaten anywhere near enough calories to gain that much weight. There has to be food allergy or intolerance issues in there somewhere - I am just not sure what - but the most common are gluten and dairy.
1/2 protein bar EAS low carb
Smart dogs
Chicken noodle with miracle noodle
Double isopure protein shake with sf almond milk
s]Maybe edamame - [/s] I also have fresh mozzarella, basil, and tomatoes and some cukes
Made a mozzarella salad with tomatoes, cukes, bell pepper, cilantro and sf balsamic vinaigrette and some french's fried onions
and I have protein pudding and shake mix so... no reason not to be good
Vitamins: mostly - out of iron and money, Exercise: walk, pushoffs FLuids: on track

Monday, Monday....can't trust that day! (Love me some Mamas & Papas!)
Keilah - I don't think I posted either Thurs or Fri of last week. The scale hung on for me, but the crap I was eating wasn't worth posting. I know I shouldn't do that - I should post no matter what for accountability! But it's hard not to still feel that shame when I fall off the wagon. Know what I mean?
B: McD's Sausage & Egg McMuffin - I ate the whole thing! I was so hungry! S: Starbucks Skinny Iced Coffee L: My homemade meatloaf and some veggies S: Nada D: Peach glazed pork tenderloin and a small side salad (I cooked a bit yesterday!)
Vits, water, exercise - yes to all today!

Happy _______ day! (insert what ever makes you smile)
I had a really good food day yesterday and so far good today. Got my big box in from LoCarbU.com with all kinds of goodies.
This weeks goals, walking at least once a day, no drinking for 30 min after eating, nothing with aspartame in it as I am pretty sure it was making me crave carbs, and low carb. I started last week and am having a cup of dieters tea once every 2-3 nights (2 times so far) and it is really causing a clensing effect, but I think that is a good thing.
B, S - 28oz prot drink (coffee, hood milk, 2 scoops choc truffle prot powder, SF divinci pepermint patty syrup) Oh my this was yummy! 1 coffee with sf creamer and syrup 48 oz water L 1/4 low carb begal, turkey lunch meat, fresh mozzarella, carrots and hummus (Got low carb, high fiber, buns and begals in the order and they are good, dense and oh so filling) 24 oz water S - Quest bar (oh my you guys are right these rock, expensive, but rock!)-ONLY ATE HALF 24 oz water - D - pulled pork, a small amount of bbq sauce 1/2 a bun and cheese (tenative) more water exercise - walked once around the parking lot so far-TWICE

I understand exactly Tammy and I couldn't bear to look at it in writing. TOM hit me with a nasty vengeance and I hit the carbs and they hit me and it became a crazy circle dance... like it always does and although I know I feel better when I don't do it - sometimes I just can't seem to back away. Hope you feel better soon Kierie! That stuff stinks. I was so whacked out last night it was really scary. Hey Di! Paula, so glad you like the Quest bars! I'd have them every day if I could afford it.

Happy _______ day! (insert what ever makes you smile) You don't want my answer to this. LOL! But hey - now I'm off to LoCarbU.com to look for low carb bagels - YUM! I'll be checking those out. Kierie - post those carbs, baby! We'll be living vicariously through you. Don't be afraid - you can find a balance that works for you. Quest bars - mmmmm - I need Quest bars, too!

Tammy they are big and dense so today for lunch I only ate 1/4 and it was plenty. Can't wait to try the cinn rasin with some cream cheese. I am going to mix cream cheese with a little of my hazelnut sf syrup and see how that turns out.
