Happy Friday!!!!

Oatmeal/tvp/walnuts/splenda/and a little butter - double portion

Yam noodle stir fry with tofu and veggies - these are like the miracle noodles - have 4 calories a serving but I found them at a local international food market - Saraga in Indy
Green beans (these are home canned shellies from my friend Becky - her mama canned them but they are still good although her mom has been gone over a year now)

Rest TBD

Protein bar (2 small)

Vitamins: yes, Fluids: working, Exercise: walk a bit and a few pushups

Hey peeps - sorry I've been MIA - that conference next week is already kicking my butt and it's not even here yet! Will be glad to see next week finish up.

Keilah - SO HAPPY about Gerard! Continue to keep us posted, and I will keep praying! It appears to be working. Smiley

Hi everybody!
FRIDAY:
 B-4:30am coffee w/ skim milk + ½ scoop TwinLab protein (blend) + vitamin
5:40am ¼ cup Cottage cheese w/ 2Tsp whole oat meal + ½ cup skim milk + ¼ cup water + apple + 1Tsp sliced almonds + cinnamon + Splenda
 S- 8:00am Galleta Maria + Fibra y Miel w/ butter & jelly (while watching the synchro finals)
10:40am scramble eggs + 2 Konig bread (whole grain) w/ butter
L-2:15pm ground meat w/ steam veggies (from yesterday)
S- 3:30pm coffee
6:00pm 2 Konig bread (whole grain) w/ butter + cheese
D- 8:20pm ground meat + veggies + quinoa
S- 9:00pm banana

 Vitamin: check
 Liquids: check
 Activity: 1H walk + 30min small hand weights. Total of 2833 steps

Thanks Tammy! Mmmm... bbq turkey sounds yummy! Gerard had his physical this morning and has to have his primary care send his file over to the doctor on Monday, but he only needed 1 shot! Yay! So now we wait until the interview... I'm praying too!   Grin
