I drink a 16 oz. protein shake in the morning.
Then I bring a Vitamin Water Zero (20 oz) to work.
Once it's gone, I fill up a water bottle (20 oz.) and drink that.
This gets me up to 56 oz.
Usually I can drink all that plus 1-2 "cups" of decaffeinated tea. Since my tea mug holds 12 oz., that's 68 to 80 oz. of fluid at work.
Then at home I try to drink another Vitamin Water Zero for another 20 oz. If not, I do protein hot chocolate or more tea - 12 to 16 oz.

Protein drinks are a must for me. I love me some ProJoe Chai! Can't get enough of them. Also, I love sparkling water. It is a great alternative to soda and alcoholic drinks. I add fresh lemon or lime. I also make ice out of it and add to juice.

I have a really huge 32 ounce mug I make tea in just about every morning. And I keep some 32 ounce bottles and I will fill them with water once to 3 times a day so it is usuallly pretty easy!

I have two vases one with 64 marbles in it and the other empty. As the day goes on I move one marble for each oz that I drink. I figure that every oz I drink after they are all moved is a win.
I also make sure that when I take my fiber I drink at least 16oz of water with it. Remember fiber can't work without water to bulk it up.

Since my daughter's house, where I live, doesn't have air conditioning (106 yesterday! WooHoo!) it's hard to keep my water icy like I like it. I found some wonderful insulated 24 oz glasses at Costco (6 for $20) and they are wonderful! I have been drinking 5-6 of those a day just to keep cool during the day...wonderful...
Water has been my drink of choice for years since I am allergic to caffeine, don't drink coffe or tea and can't have bubbles often...so I feel hydrated...hope I am - the heat is killing me!
But, now the stupid question ...the water makes me feel so full, does that mean that I am stretching the Princess Stomach? I REALLY don't want to stretch the Princess, she is my best friend at this point!

Liquid runs right through you. It can't stretch anything because it's not there long enough.

Thank you...that's what I thought...just needed to hear you say it... The Princess works just fine with food...I'm glad to know it's working just as well with water!
