It's a lovely Hump Day here in Nashville - hope it is where you are, too!

B: Pesto Bacon Frittata - good LORD, this was so good!
S: Starbucks Skinny Iced Caramel Macchiato
L: Pesto Chicken & side salad - can you tell I made fresh pesto last night? LOL!
S: Nada
D: Probably something with more pesto! YUM!

Vits, water, exercise - yes, yes, and no - we're having a special worship service at church tonight, so I'll be attending that. Still running my legs off here at work today, though!

Hump day!!!

Oatbran/TVP/Walnuts with a little butter and splenda/stevia

Black beans, mild jalapenos, TVP
Greek Yogurt for topping and I think my guts need the help!

Questbar

TBD - maybe edamame or the rest of the mozzarella and tomato... maybe with avocado!

Atkins granola bar
Peanut butter and sugar free Polaner's blackberry jam on Carbzero - half of my loaf is practically unusable though so that makes me sad...  Sad

Had some nasty SF icecream again too - when I'm sick I crave comfort - and chocolate...
Had a migraine so I went to bed early

Hi all, Just thought I'd try to do a week of journalling, so I don't feel such a lurker, lol.

9: 2 scrambled eggs.
12: A bowl of leftover cooked veg, with an egg cracked in the middle - nucked 'til white cooked but runny yolk - yum!
3: 2 x quorn sausage done like a cheese burger but in lettuce instead of a bun.
6: quorn meatballs in tomato and veg sauce (carrots, celery, garlic, mushrooms, paprika....) with 2T brown rice.
9: Will be Fage with roasted chopped hazelnuts.

The cream was a disaster last night, I must have had greedy eyes.......had a churning bloated stomach all evening and you don't want to know about the bathroom this morning!

Hey Di - I'm curious - I know you're trying to eat more whole foods, but are you doing pretty much vegetarian as well? Or do you just like Quorn?

Mentioning the runny (poached) egg thing made me remember a lovely salad that I crave. Lettuce with a poached egg sprinkled with bacon, and then a hot bacon grease vinaigrette. YUM! Of course, if you're not into bacon....

I thought a runny egg over lettuce sounded disgusting, but it was the bomb!!
