Wow, really like this topic about comparing. It is true, I am guilty, but b/c of this site, I have come to the conclusion that I can’t beat myself up. I am 2 weeks away from my 1 year surgaversary, and have lost 99 lbs. (some people lose that in a month or two)My weight loss was suppose to be 120 lbs. So yeah, I am grateful, b/c I am diabetic free, I have way more energy, and enjoying the perks of being 99 lbs lighter. This was a great topic to discuss. The show is refreshing as usual, and always looking forward for the next one. Have a great Weekend all.
