Episode 59: Iron Deficiencies Ain’t Fun

In Episode 59 our Freak of the Week is a Gastric Bypass Barbie. We talk a little about how Toni’s been dealing with an iron deficiency. Give you some advice on how to get the Christmas presents you want. And wrap things up with a fudge recipe from that culinary mad scientist known as Eggface.

  1. I might have to be making that fudge tonight. The recipe looks easy and I have most of the ingredients. Where in blazes did you find that MM light powder? Need to grab some of that.
    I’m iron deficient too, but had a tendency towards that pre surgery as well. Thanks Toni for talking about your experience with it and how its being treated.

    If you haven’t done the fudge yet you really need to. The stuff is AWESOME!! and that’s coming from a “normal stomach boy.”

    As for the MM light I got it at Rite Aid. One of the ones with the GNC section in it. You could use any protein powder though and Eggface recommends MAX protein powder. We would have used it but couldn’t find it in time for the show.
