Great stuff freaks as per usual!

  2. I already reposted on Facebook before I saw, um, Ian’s comment here.

This Bad Girl Don’t EAT No Cupcakes. That’s the secret.

But, I DO? EAT YOUR MAC. I shred your bread off and BITE YOU. You can keep your nasty fries. IT’s on.

  3. Loved the video. LOL.

  4. Thanks for making me smile once again!

Great Info & Bariatric Support, Motivation while having Fun!=BTV; just like LIPO (Long Island Post Ops)….our common bond!

  5. T2Nashville says:

Lord, I would LOVE to go to OH’s Seattle conference just to meet that genius known as Linda Farnsworth! But NOLA is probably more doable for me. We shall see how budget-conscious I can be this year. LOL!

The regain section was SO important for me right now. I don’t want to let it get out of hand, so this episode spoke to me in a big way. Mac and Frenchy – I do NOT miss you!

  6. Tammy…I want to go to all three events!! NY, SEATTLE and NOLA. I think I’ll start an ebay site and sell off all my kids stuff. LOL.

  7. Toni – Do it. It’s cleansing. ;) I sold two RV’s that way.

  8. baka (Ian) says:

Am I the only one who pictures “Frenchy” wearing a beret and sounding like Pepe Le Pew in a future episode?

  9. Question:
I am 2 years out and find that if I start eating Mickie D, etc that I gain weight quickly but if I quit and get back on the program the added weight comes off (more slowly than the gain of course) with out my trying/dieting. Do you think this will remain the case or does it get harder to lose re-gained weight after time?
    Thanks for your thoughts.

  10. It does get harder to lose weight after time, but I think it has more to do with the aging process then it does with our altered anatomy.

  11. Ian – We were saying that, about the beret, while we were filming.. wishing we had a tiny beret.. :-)

And Debbie, I agree with Toni.. It gets harder and harder each year but I definitely think it has more to do with aging then anything else. The metabolism simply gets slower which means more work to lose every lb.

  12. I just found this site. It is so funny! Thanks for adding some humor to what is sometimes hard. I have had my surgery for a little over 2 months. So, I am a newby.. I appreciate everything and all the information you have given me today. Thanks for having the archives so I can look back and see what I have missed. Keep up the great work ladies!! I love it!!

  13. Big Mickey says:
