  1. T2Nashville says:

Mmmm, Quest Bars. My favorite protein bars of all time. And you guys didn’t mention it but they are also gluten free with no sugars or sugar alcohols! You used to only be able to get them at Quest, but recently, The Vitamin Shoppe has started carrying them as well. You can also get them at Amazon, but not in the assorted box, which is the best.

    Love the hat, Lynnda!

  2. Another great show as usual! Thanks for remembering us guy freaks while doing the segment on compression garments. It is something I have been seriously considering for some time and I think it’s time to take the squeeze…er um…plunge. I gotta say I loved “the most interesting ladies in the world” at the end of the show. You guys crack me up! Thanks for providing a ton of great information in such a fun and entertaining format!

Somebody please take Toni for a hike? Don’t let her go out alone… :D

  5. Big Mickey says:
