  1. Ipud. I gotz to get me one of those. ;) Hee-hee. Oh the motivation will come back someday, right?! You made me LOL again. Thanks.

  2. T2Nashville says:

Hey Danielle from your biggest fan! You did great! And you all did a wonderful job on representing the VSG. I’m so proud to be a part of this website!

  3. Awesome show and by the way I love the dogs! I love the easy way out stuff. I’ve kind of come to a new understanding about that myself when I realized that even worrying about what others think about us is insane too! FREEDOM by letting go. Thanks for the great show. I LOVE dictionary.com! ahahahahaaaaa

  4. Hey, still love the Show! I joined the gang on the Loser’s Bench on January 28th, …… YAYYYY!!!!

Just a quick thing I noticed, and being anal it won’t stop bothering me. There’s a typo in the Subject bar when you send us the emails announcing the new Episode. It says “Newsleter” instead “Newsletter” ;)

Keep on girls, you’re doing a fantastic job!!!

    ~Heike :)

  5. Hey Heike – Congrats on being a loser! Yeah for you! :-)

  6. Lynnda – You’re fired from your job as official Newsletter Spell Checker!! :-)

    Mike

  7. Ummm… Methinks you should go back and re-read my spell check for this newsletter :-) I can’t help it if you don’t listen to me.. *sigh* Love ya! Oh.. and one more thing – Damn rain!

  8. After further review of the facts in this case it has come to my attention that Lynnda is indeed innocent of the charge of hosing up the spelling of Newsletter. Without boring you with to many detail it should suffice to say that I was the one that screwed it up worse than a football bat! So please consider this as a retraction to my afore posted smart assed remark! :-)

Love ya too Lynnda! Oh, and yes, rain sucks on shoot days!!

    Mike

  9. after everything I’ve gone through in the last three months, and everything I’m likely to go through in the next three, I find it pretty darn difficult to think of this as “the easy way out”…

… although, in the long run, I do expect it to get easier…

  10. Hey FabKate – I didn’t feel it was the ‘easy way out’ in the beginning, either. Those first few months are he$$.. but.. now that I have altered my life and I have the ‘tool’ to keep me straight – it IS the easy way for me to maintain.. something I have never before been able to do. It does get easier – hang in there.

  11. LMFAO!! The stand on your head while eating and singing the national anthem diet! Never heard of it, but think I’m just about to the point of trying that one. It amazes even me at how many people I come across who think that WLS is the easy way out, and that for that reason shouldn’t even be considered. Personally, I believe WLS is probably one of the hardest ways out. Sure, the tool helps. But the tool only helps if you let it. You have to be just as comitted to the tool’s form of diet as any other diet…if not more comitted. Looking into WLS myself!!!! Can’t wait to join the bench of losers and surgically altered freaks out there!!!! ^_^
