    Dannng that recipe looks slammin.. I love eggs cholesterol was kinda high last time I checked….I’m willing to try and keep for my post-op days…thanks for sharing Toni!

  8. Does (or Will) this keep at all in the fridge for a day or two? I want to try it but it’d have to be a few meals even if my hubby shares.

  9. Hi Karen…I don’t know really if it keeps. Egg dishes tend not to…but you could just try cutting the recipe in half or even a quarter, using a smaller cooking pan or even a pie pan?
