My sweet, sweet friends! I love all of you so much, and now, I just miss you too, too much! Can’t wait until next time!

  2. Come on people..Isn’t Rob’s applesauce trick the absolutely coolest thing ever? I can tell you, ever since I saw it…I totally stopped even taking a few sips after a meal. Now I realize that I’m am so much fuller for so longer. This was completely an eye opener for me. Thanks Rob!!! Even this far out…I still learn things.

  3. I think everyone got commented out from all the great videos over the weekend :>

Glad it helped ya tho Toni… consider it payback for all the help BTV has been giving me the last few months!

  4. T2Nashville says:

It was a great demonstration, Rob, but it’s something my surgeon pounded into my head, so I avoid liquids like the plague around my meals. This just validated it for me!

  5. This really helped a LOT! I have been slowly starting to drink to soon after my meals too. This will so be a reminder every time I think of it now! Is 30 minutes how long you should wait after eating?
