Pancakes, we all love them, but after weight loss surgery they’re a thing of the past, until now! McNee has a stirred up a great recipe for protein pancakes. You’ll need the following to make these little flapjacks of joy.
1 Egg
1/4 cup of cottage cheese
1/3 cup of rolled oats
2Tbps. protein powder
Just a touch of water
Mix it up and pour them on the griddle.
