In this weeks episode of BariatricTV, we start things off with an inspirational freak that many of you know. And for those of you that don’t know her you’re bound to love her.  After that we slide on into Altered Reality with some tips on how you can help a friend who may be in trouble after weight loss surgery.

Next it’s a brand new Move Yo Ass segment with some non work out workout tips to help you with your work out. Just watch it, it’ll all make sense. Then we get some breaking news from BTV News anchor Bram Lightningdale. It appears that long time friend of BTV Ms. Sarah Halbrook has been shot!!

Then we finish things up with a Quick Tip about food porn, and a great weight loss surgery friendly dessert recipe for crepes!

    T2, I reiterate, “You’re da COOOOOOOOOOLEST!!!”

  3. I got all choked up over this week’s episode and I wanted to sincerely thank you AND Tammy for the kind words of support. In all honesty, yesterday was one of those days where I looked at myself in the mirror and thought, “Self. How can you motivate or inspire anyone today???”

Well…you guys reminded me that it’s a cumulative thing (like GPA) — not a one time thing (like the SATs!) — Muah :-*

Thanks for believing in me; it’s an honor to be in the trenches with all of you!

  4. You guys are so awesome!! You make me laugh and then you make me pause and remember my life before bariatric surgery. Thank you so much for doing this show, I look forward to it every week!
