Another fun show! Hope you are feeling better Toni!
Thanks Tom. Hope you are doing well too.
Yay for Patti!
Patti – You are AMAZING – a true inspiration!!
Loved Lynnda the race car driver and Toni feeling the burn – you ladies always crack me up.
Feel better Toni!!
I just found you last week and had the lap band surgery this past Monday. You girls are great and I’m watching a month of videos at a time to catch up! THanks for being there!
Love the racecar segment, too! I have been depressed about how slowly my weigh loss is going. I’m doing everything right, but I haven’t exercised in a week and a half because I think I may have torn my maniscus in my knee and want to get clearance from my doc before I continue. I don’t understand that I’m only losing a pound or two a week, maybe, when I am only 2 months out. Anyway, the racecar segment made me feel a bit better. Thanks!
I truly love watching you to ladies! I say, keep up the great work. You make me laugh while I learn things I didn’t know. I am just 3 months out from surgery, have lost 51 pounds and want to thank you for encouraging information and tips!!
WTG Patti & CONGRATS for being chosen for BTV’s Drop Zone!
