Shoot! You can prep all your omlete in a mug stuff the night before. The next morning all you have to do is put in the micro and let it go! These also make great snacks! I like to nuke some spinach, mushrooms, and canned fire roasted tomatoes w/garlic in the mug first then add the eggs and cheese. Love the artichoke!

I absolutely LOVE the omelet in the mug! It is so mindlessly simple, easy to prepare when I first get up and still in a half comatose daze! Thanks for covering this one!

To Sally: My husband is deployed and when I got to the same size as him, I took a picture of me wearing his clothes. he put it up on his wall. A few weeks later, I wanted to wear the same jeans and now they are too big! Hey, just thought….maybe that pic would be a good I Freakin Did It. I’ll go look for it…

I have never watched before although I’ve heard about your show. It’s GREAT! I’m going to try that omelet and teach it to my kids who are ALWAYS on the run in the morning. I will be checking back often for advice and support. Linda – you are hysterical!

just FYI not for Freak of the week or anything- but today I had a thrill- I found out I weigh less than my Hubby by 5 lbs! and I actually could wear his jeans ! I put them on today as a test- and he is a normal size guy! Had my WLS 11/2/09
